The Aquaman Shrine gives us a look at what the BP Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico has done to our favorite aquatic superhero.
It's a sad day.

Review:
Demonsis one of those movies I would always see on the back Horror shelf of the video store as a kid. I remember looking through all the vhs boxes imagining what these movies were like. In the process, I would freak myself out and most likely have a nightmare that night. Finally, 20 years later I’m catching up on all the great horror flicks of the 80s, and the Italian gore-fest Demons is 80s mayhem at it’s best.
In their wisdom, Fox has decided NOT to screen Dragonball: Evolution to critics. So the movie going public will be the FIRST to see this stinker! Lucky us!
Io9posted this amazing artwork and I couldn’t resist. Concept designer Alex Broeckel created this awesome painting earlier this year for steampunk art contest on CGTalk. He has tons of work available so you should check out his gallery.
Have I been living under a rock? Why haven’t I heard of this movie yet?! Hunter Prey looks pretty awesome.
Director Sandy Collora is a special effects artist and creature designer turned filmmaker. He is probably best known as the director of one of the most famous fan films of all time Batman: Dead End. Below are some links and pictures of this movie. Looks like a throwback to Sci-Fi films of the 70s and 80s, not the over-the-top CGI-fests we have today. I’m really looking forward to this!
According to the most recent interview by Sci Fi scoop, we can see a trailer very soon:
The teaser trailer will premiere on io9, next week. It’s done, approved, and now the technical issues of how it’s going to be hosted are being worked out. I’m very excited about it. Like the movie itself and all the promotional artwork, the trailer has a very 70’s, old school Sci-Fi, organic, feel to it. I can’t wait to see what people think of it.
Here is the full official trailer for The Hangover. Hilarious.
Plot Synopsis:
Two days before his wedding, Doug and his three friends drive to Las Vegas for a blow-out bachelor party they’ll never forget. But, in fact, when the three groomsmen wake up the next morning, they can’t remember a thing. For some reason, they find a tiger in the bathroom and a six-month-old baby in the closet of their suite at Caesars Palace. The one thing they can’t find is Doug.
With no clue as to what transpired and little time to spare, the trio must retrace their hazy steps and all their bad decisions in order to figure out where things went wrong and hopefully get Doug back to L.A. in time to walk down the aisle.
