The Expendables (2010)

Watched the Director's Cut. While it's a mild improvement (CG blood cleaned up, tighter editing, a bit more "character development") THE EXPENDABLES is still THE EXPENDABLES. It's a meat-head attempt at the "ultimate man movie" that falls short and is more like a Direct To Video movie you'll find in the bargain bin at Walmart. Still, I enjoy it for what it is.

Watched this with the kids. I was surprised that they liked it as much as they did.
I really like this flick. It's way better than Ang Lee's horrible attempt and Norton is great.

It's amazing that this was made back in 1993. The CGI effects hold up beautifully and are better than most CGI seen in today's rushed productions.
Great film & it is simply stunning on Blu Ray!

Guillermo del Toro flips the Vampire genre on it's head. Still one of my favorite Horror films of all time.

One of the best ghost stories to come around in a long time. Great atmosphere & acting. Genuine scares the first time around. One of my favorites.

Michael J. Fox's follow up to BACK TO THE FUTURE wasn't as epic, but it still is pretty fun.
